Yeah they were relatively fine last year. The year before was bad though.

I've noticed allergy season is always worse after a cold and/or snowy winter.

I will have to wait until June to see about that. I’m super-allergic to grass pollen but barely notice tree pollen at all. It would really suck to be allergic to tree pollen in this ecosystem, and those who are have my condolences.
It's called clown range for a reason.

I started noticing a few snifflies over the weekend. I'm afraid it's starting for me too. I have a theory that cold wet springs make it worse, because it suppresses it, and then the grass and trees both explode at the same time.

I mostly only get hayfever when I'm cutting really really tall grass. I had found I get it sometimes besides that, but I don't know what it is that causes it for me. Last year I don't think I really got it at all but I think the year previous to last I did get it worse. My wife has it much worse than me.

Most allergies are caused because of something in your diet. Try cutting out Dairy and pasteurized fruit juices..and if that doesn't work then gluten. It is difficult to do but there are many good dietary alternatives available now.

I was still referring to a hayfever-related allergy. I don't think the diet would be related to that? Most of the time I only get hayfever when cutting really long grass but there were a few times I started sneezing randomly and having watery eyes when I wasn't cutting really long grass. I'm very thankful I don't think I have any diet-related allergies.

I'm both lol the minute I go around any tree pollen I did and my eyes water and I sneeze like crazy all day. The thing is last year was actually decent for the first time in my life I was okay. I have no idea why but ya.
