The trough on the EPS is further west and digs deeper throughout 240 hours. I'm getting optimistic again the rain might over perform especially if the trend continues.

Two overperforming rain events in just over a week in summer. I thought that was impossible. 8-)

This is not Heat warning criteria now, may as well issue cold wave warning at 5c.
People die outside from exposure to that temp just as well.

Yes it's annoying and just like crying wolf, who will pay attention when they leave it up because "Threat: Overnight lows near 16 to 18 degrees celsius." Like really?!?
