I think it will be a nowcast. If I had my guess, I would say this is just a run of the mill event for most regions of the Lower Mainland, but there is still potential for a more significant wind event.

Factoid: heard this tonight listening to the Knuckles/Krackers game the renovated Key arena in Seattle collects rain water on the roof to make the ice, hence the name change from Key arena to Climate Pledge Arena first of it's kind in North America hope for lots of rain down there this winter.
