If the 70-90km winds pan out for Richmond especially with how long there supposed to last I would consider it a good storm. The duration of how long the winds are predicted to last is pretty rare.

Setup next Thursday looks similar to the December 2017 and 2020 rain-to-snow events. Patterns do tend to repeat during the cold season so maybe we'll see something similar later this winter.

Komo:

It's devastating to see the impacts from our storm today. Eastside Fire & Rescue says two people died when a tree fell on their car on Preston Fall City. Thousands also lost power as wind toppled trees and power lines. We're not out of the woods just yet; more rain, isolated thunderstorms, high surf and powerful winds are on tap for Monday, too.

While the worst of the winds is over for the Cascade foothills, Everett, Edmonds and Shelton still have a Wind Advisory in effect into early tomorrow morning. Gusts could reach 40-50 mph in those neighborhoods. Even stronger winds are forecast for the coast and Northwest Interior where High Wind Warnings are posted. I think gusts to 60 mph are a good bet for the coast and the San Juans through Monday. Gusts blowing to 40-50 mph are possible in Bellingham and Mt. Vernon.

It would be better though. Candles won't get blown out, unless it's SUPER windy.
