Power just came back on about an hour ago, it's been out all day except for about 1/2 an hour. So nice to have light, water and internet back! A lot of page to catch up on.

The road just around the corner from me is completely washed out, a good 20-30' gap.

They've called a local state of emergency for the Sunshine Coast, roads washed away, boil water advisory, power outages and evacuation alert, it's insane.

That's never gonna happen, that's just the NAM poorly modeling any precip under 3°C as snow.

Currently 1.8C and wind-driven snow. Just need it to be a bit colder so it can accumulate. :smirky:
It always snows in December in the Kootenays
