Never warmed up as much as it was supposed to still -15 here doesn’t look like it warms up for a few days yet

Extreme cold warning for Similkameen.
This warning should have been up 2 days ago when it was -24 to -28 with sustained wind for 48 hours. Brrrrrrr.

Mostly clear skies.

Not sure when it cleared up, but too bad it didn't get colder over night.

Got half a cm snow from yesterday evening.

Hopefully the winds stay calm tonight would get really cold. Got clouds increasing today to put a cap on day time temps and clearing up tonight.

Yeah, when I saw it was clear this morning I was excited that maybe I beat last night’s -13.2. Nope, only got down to -11.5°C. My guess is that it cleared off only a few hours ago. YVR has been reporting mostly clear conditions only since 04:00 and clear since 06:00.
It's called clown range for a reason.
