That seems like a pretty un extreme temperature to be a all time record
Either way this has been a category 5 blast for me at least and how this climate is so difficult to get cold.

You do realize that Vancouver Airport is beside an ocean. Even when a cold temperature is shattered it isn't enough. Bundle up and get out and enjoy, walked the dog this morning at about -14 in Surrey and it was awesome.

I've already reached the forecast high of -9C today. EC has been either too low or too high on all of their temps lately. They're usually a bit better.

Low min: -5.0C (Feb 20th)
Low max: 2.8C (Feb 19th)

Currently -12c @ the pond in south Sardis my low -15c, l notice were supposed to get increasing outflow beginning this evening in rhe central and western valley..Doyle mentioned 5cm -8cm, what about the fraser valley?
