NAM doesn't even have precip until Sunday night according to the YVR meteograms. I doubt that's realistic

The more I look at the models, the more Sunday and Monday look melty to me. Pornoman may see a significant dump of snow before it transitions to rain, but for those of us nearer sea level, I don’t think there will be much snow. Maybe up to 4 cm before it turns to rain of the Euro is to be believed.

Snow chances return Monday night.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Yesterday I saw the snow blowing off the trees but it was very fine and sparkled in the air. I've never seen anything like it before, it was magical because the flakes stayed in the air and were invisible except for the sparkle.

I couldn't capture that on film (old saying   ) but this is a heavier 'cloud' of windblown flakes.

This seems a realistic take. I was also saying near the ocean probably would not see much in the way of snow this weekend.

Happens all the time in the Rockies, so I saw it a lot as a teen. But yeah, unusual here.
