Too bad it wasn’t deeper into fall/winter right now. We’d be tracking some possible snowfall in some spots locally with this setup.

Abby_wx wrote: Fri Sep 27, 2019 5:39 pm Hey everyone,

Could we please keep the climate change discussion out of the main thread? This thread is for day-to-day weather discussion... not climate, which is a separate topic from weather.

We have a sub-forum dedicated to the science of weather and climate: http://forums.bcstorms.ca/viewforum.php?f=201

I've created a thread under this sub-forum specifically for climate change discussion: http://forums.bcstorms.ca/viewtopic.php?f=201&t=571

All climate posts have been moved to this new thread, so please go there if you wish to continue that discussion.

Thanks.
Thanks so much :D

I'm surprised Environment Canada isn't calling for much wind tomorrow in the valley. Models seem to suggest outflow 40 gusting to 60 km/h. I looked on Environment Canada's page and they are only calling for 20 km/h. Even their own model shows gusts in the 60's. :?
