Ok this fog is getting annoying. Robbing us of the sun. Does anything ever work out for us?

It’s been beautiful up at SFU today. Sunny skies with some later afternoon high clouds. Heavy fog blanketing all the sad lands below. Stunner up here. Fog blanket has dissipated substantially in the last hour.

The fog was apparently so dense under 300m this morning that it allowed the development of snow grains in some areas (South Delta/South Surrey).

Not sure why the other forum is whining. The models aren't great for anything "arctic" but look solidly cool with SOME lowland snow chances or dry weather. No extreme wet either.

Definite tiny snow/slush grains also in Langley around noonish st 1-2c. Talk about a micro climate, shallow style.
