We recieved occasional rain showers through the night in the central valley far and few between.

High wind watch for Whatcom county for NE outflow
but not even an Arctic outflow warning for the fraser valley. It only say's windy, :roll: so l guess highs of 0c and windy adds up to what plus temperatures.
What an absolute joke E.C. is.
