Of course this will most likely change, but the 12z GFS says that the West isn't done with the warm weather quite yet. This is the beginning of Oct.

Hopefully this persists until at least mid October!

Wow! My low was 16.3C, that's quite a contrast.
Got up to 28.6C, just a touch warmer than yesterday, but not much outflow today.
Something fishy going on out there . Comox 5° and Courtney 0? Weather Stations probably not that far apart. Actually EC's official Comox weather station shows a low of 8° and unfortunately uses Comox WS for Courtenay as well.
I had a low of 13.5° but the white rock station recorded 9°. I realize that's in line with most but not sure if I buy it after what I discovered yesterday. The truth is out there somewhere.
7th Annual Over the Hill Grumpy Old Men Winter Classic
Wrinkle Rock Fish Pulverizers 15cm
South Sardis Stinkin Sardines 3.5cm

It's an outstanding evening here at the pond in south Sardis 13c and clear reached an awesome high of 28c on the most accurate thermometer in the central valley.

Definitely sounds like a slim shady going on with the Wrinkle Rockers thermometers lately skipper.

It looks like a cool dump then a bit of a 2 day heat hump after that it looks to slide downhill Tdry. Seems we keep chasing that precip as well, isn't this much like September/early October 2020?
