The models will probably collectively suck for a day or two. The euro pulling back should not really be of concern. We already have plenty of evidence to suggest a significant cold snap with at least a decent snow is coming.

I have no idea where it's freezing which makes it hard to fix. :( I'm going to stuff some insulation down under the pump house through the hole the rat conveniently chewed   and hope that fixes it.

Honestly, the rug pulls and the hilarious drama that ensues on the AF are almost as much fun as a good snowstorm.
It's called clown range for a reason.

So just your typical hold your horses cold but not historic stuff. What we go through and always get fooled by and never learn.

There is always a rug pull. It's just the end result differs each time. Sometimes the models revert back to their initial solutions and other times they permanently collapse. What we are seeing right now is the typical flip flopping run to run. No need to be concerned yet.

There is still a very good chance of a significant arctic blast and at least one region wide snowfall.

The short term improved, at least cold temperature wise. Lots to still be worked out on the extended.

As for snow?

Nothing is off the table.

Enjoy the ride.

Oh dear yes they'll chew anything l remember my old Cavalier a rat chewed my distributor cap wires there exposed in those old Cavs. Yes l was going to say it might be a deep dive fix somewhere is exposed to the cold that needs to be wrapped and sealed off.

It's fun to get excited about all the potential snow but even if it's a major model fail and we get some flakes coming down that's pretty good for this time of year and I'll be happy.  Course I wouldn't say no to Feetz of snow!
