I believe the rules were changed where the highest a team could jump was 10 spots as in previous years it wasn't fair to teams in the top 5.
Recalling afew years ago was it the Devils jumped from 12th to 1st not sure it happened a couple times, and a team cannot win the lottery more than twice in 5 years.
Remember when the Oil lids got to pick first how many years in arow 3 or 4.

Bones! I must say, this Lames Coilers series has got me pumped for hopes of a decent Knuckles season.
