Does any city or municipality get there side streets plowed or salted.?

My bad. It's just funny watching someone continuously flame out and make an arse of themselves. Which is funny because effective trolling should hypothetically be very easy, albeit pointless and a colossal waste of time. But yes it's time for the ignore function.
