Vancouver/PNW of 50 or more years ago. Way more of a rainforest type climate in the summers rather than this permanent west coast ridginess of the last few decades. That's my Shambala. I really wish I could live in that climate. Also the winters. Ahhh...Sardisbcwx wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 7:57 pm Well Mr. Kells make up a bucket list and put whatever city you want on that list.

Thanks C79 for your input once again very interesting indeed.Coquitlam79 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 8:17 pm Interesting. I always look at the MJO and the location of the storm activity. CPC website has a secion on MJO and its very interesting and some good predictors too. It's a very good predictor of AR events too in our region especially when the MJO moves from the maritime continent (Indonesia, Philippines) and into the central Pacific

Oh same. Summer is so much more pleasant with that marine breeze. Those 12/20 days with some marine cloud in the morning are the best. Don't have to roast on the golf course either.

YES. And you know what, when the sun eventually fights through its really nice. Especially when a bit of rain cleared the air. I just hate feeling warm from the second I wake up. I seem to lose motivation, or something.VanCitySouth wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 9:56 pm Oh same. Summer is so much more pleasant with that marine breeze.
