So far, the rain seems to have missed us here. 1.2mm daily total. Big yawn so far. Very scattered so some areas might get decent totals. It might be a difficult one to forecast. The flow is reversed it's coming out of the East and North. EC was going with10-20mm tonight. Maybe overnight. The clouds look unusual for around here. Very dark but i don't think there's enough lift. That's why it's not raining. It feels like there's lots of moisture in the air. It's like we're getting rain shadowed from the East and North. Might be pouring on the other side of the mountains.

A little wetter in the central valley desert today 7.7mm since midnight the moisture was streaming out from the interior today. Definitely a different direction no Tstorms detected most likely another bust will see tomorrow though. Next week is looking warmer with cooler weather by next weekend.

Definitely a bit of a soaker ATM across the entire region from Vancouver to Hope.  it's currently 11c @ the pond in south Sardis.

Just another new phrase for Sechelt forecasting terminology. Ms. Weird forecast creeks. We received 22.5mm, 2 day storm total here @ the pond in south Sardis so we did well in the central valley desert.

It was a very wet night camping at Rolley Lake. We stayed mostly dry in our tent trailer, still could be worse, see Elkford this morning.

When its a   forecast between sun/showers..most of the showers stick to the mountain areas, with coastal/SL areas mostly sunny/dry

This is why Vancouver's climate will always be better than Toronto's in the summer.
35°C, feeling like 45°C with the humidity while being cloudy, is ridiculously disgusting on so many levels.
