Snow shower. Stickage.
And no, this doesn’t refute the March Jinx. I’ve had snow showers briefly whiten the rooftops in March before. Just no more than that. I’ve even mentioned that this would be possible. Just no more than it.
It would be fun for you to see this end where you see a more "significant" snow that doesn't just melt right away in March.

March 2016 gave us a few cm of snow that lasted all day. March 2002 we had a huge snow dump, about 15 cm. So it does occasionally happen
March snow is not rare at all. It's more of a 50/50 type occurrence.
I would say that significant snowfalls in March are uncommon though.

If I get even as much as 4 or 5 cm overnight I will consider the jinx to definitely be broken.
Even if that happens, with highs around 6˚C and strong sunshine, it won’t last. But it would be fun and stop this winter from being a total dud.
Too bad it’s not happening.

Nam gives a few CM NOTF. ICON and HRDPS are out, so it's probably not happening but I'm riding it until the end.
Most of that would melt as it hit the ground. Maybe a cm or two on the ground at dawn that melts within a few hours. Which would would still be enough to tie my personal West Coast March snowfall record.

Yeah I'm trying to keep a close eye on ground temps. It's very hard to get snow to stick in March. You can have a pretty nice snowfall and not accumulate much in the middle of the day. Generally it looks like ground temps would be just above freezing, 1C or 2C. So not necessarily ideal but not impossible either, depending on the dynamics of the system bringing cold air to the surface.

I remember March 2005 or 2006 bringing something like 3-5" of snow north of the Fraser, although it was an overnight event so that helped. I still remember it because that morning I took the bus out to UBC and we skidded into the bus stop sign near 49th and Granville.
