Re: June 2021 Forecasts And Discussions
5:20pm and I just hit 40c.
I've never seen a 40c ever on any thermometer as long as I've been a weather watcher in the lower mainland. Going right back to the 1980's
29.8 inside the house.

About 3.4 km from the sea here, and lots of wetlands in the area. Helps hold the temperature down, but I am paying for it in humidity.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Too bad it is in Fahrenheit, but a decent geographical look at current conditions.

I don't doubt it, that's what happened in our neighborhood yesterday.wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 27, 2021 4:59 pm Friend heard a loud transformer explosion in Coquitlam. A lot of these neighborhood boxes are exploding.

Re: June 2021 Forecasts And Discussions
It's the darn humidity that makes this so bad. The interior which is running between 38c - 45c is sitting around 12% - 16% humidity. While we are at 30% to 40% humidity and worse.
Question. I actually have a dehumidifier. Of course it outputs warm/hot air as it dries the air. Would it be better to reduced the humidity in the house in exchange for maybe 2 degrees heat increase? hmm...

T3 looked at the raw data from that station. It later hit 46.6ËšC.

My school district just cancelled tomorow. Thank goodness. That would've been horrific for my students who already struggle at the best of times.
