They weren't great but there was minimal traffic at 5am... saw a few people stuck and a big pileup on the hill from 91 up to Scott Road. Lots of inexperienced people white knuckling out there

The new method seemed to be to flip on the hazard lights and drive 15.... and stop on hills. Saw a few people doing it

Yes or go really slow up a hill because there's snow on the road so then they lose momentum and can't even move. The only thing better than that is when they start sliding backwards down the hill and crash into other vehicles
