That pattern early next week looks like one that would likely send moisture a little more moisture to the north than the models are showing
North end of Shawnigan Lake. Southern Vancouver island. 500ft

EC has a HIGH probability of snow starting tomorrow at 8am for Sechelt. It stays HIGH for the rest of the hourly forecast :clap: :clap: I'm looking forward to daytime snow and watching the flakes falling.

18Z had 35 cm, so basically holding steady since that run. 12Z was in the high 20’s, IIRC.

My church has a children's programme which runs on Saturday nights. Last Sunday, I pre-emptively advised them of the potential need to cancel tomorrow. I seriously jumped the gun but now may look like a genius.
