Re: Daily And Monthly Rainfall Totals
July was VERY dry. Someone probably took a leak into the Burke Mountain rain gauge. Comox was only 19% of normal!
Cambell River was 22% of normal, Tofino was 64% of normal, and in the southern interior, Silver Creek (near Salmon Arm) was 39% of normal.
You have to hit 51N to find above normal wetness. Around Williams Lake was near 200% of normal.

Must be why the mosquitos are so bad out here. Can't even set foot in the forest without being swarmed.

Re: Daily And Monthly Rainfall Totals
So I just checked my rainfall totals for 2019 and compared them with 2020's totals.
Looks like 2019 was significantly drier at 1,263.3 mm versus the 1675.9 mm that fell in 2020.
This gives a difference of 412.6 mm.
You can clearly see the effects El Nino and La Nina here.

Re: Daily And Monthly Rainfall Totals
Nice. Very close to my readings overall... I had a couple of slightly colder lows and some warmer highs, which is typical for my southerly exposure.
