noticing a recent trend of these ULL's meandering offshore to the SW of us..could set us up for T-storms over the next several weeks if this #patternlocks

Could be but the action will likely go just to our South, the Gulf of Alaska high looks like its gonna dominate for quite some time. How many times have we seen thunderstorms and convection literally stop at the border it's very annoying but it's very common. Shades of April 2004 and all of Spring 2015, and May 2018 and 2023. Smoke and fire bans gonna come early again.

Mostly sunny with temps in the high teens to mid 20s over the next 7 days
And if you’re going to the Similks, it’s about the same thing there
Edit: slight mid week cool down with some showers, otherwise it’s a beauty
