All time temp records generally range from the high 30s to low 40s across the south coast.

My guess is most of these are daily records, and perhaps a few monthly records (Hope for example). :thumbup:

I can't remember ever see forest fires in the local forests in October. Could be wrong though.

Absolutely stunned that it got up to 29c @ the pond in south Sardis

There was another fire today.
Isn't it strange how we go from provincial fires in the summer months to all these local fires in the GVRD in October. People all of a sudden careless perhaps, I'm guessing with the cooler mornings the homeless are setting fires 🔥 thus with the ground so dry it's setting blazes.
