You were just waiting to post this :lol: to be fair, the gfs always overpromises these things and then pulls them away so I'm not surprised.

GFS has been overdoing cold and moisture in the mid range. Likely going to run much warmer than modeled this week.

Starting to get wild out there, and about 12 hours earlier than originally forecast. High wind warning onset time was moved up to this evening a few hours ago.
It's called clown range for a reason.
