peaked out at around 34c in the Similks yesterday. Locally was around 30c, a bit humid with some beauty clouds pushing up from the south. A beauty day.

Re: May 2025 Forecasts And Discussions
Just dealt with a surplus mattress foundation this morning.
It was something I literally couldn’t give away. Literally. I tried, nobody answered my Craigslist ad.
Not going to get much into the details except to say:
• It was a lot of fun.
• I really benefitted from the working out I have done at the gym to improve my upper body strength.
• I got an unscheduled workout.
• Sometimes, not often but sometimes, “hit it harder with the hammer” is the best way to solve a problem.

It's called clown range for a reason.

Now that I’ve made screens for nearly every window in my home, you can blame me for jinxing things if the rest of the warm season is so chilly that windows seldom need to be opened for ventilation.

Or maybe we will have a season without mosquitoes due to the fact that you made screens!Rubus_Leucodermis wrote: ↑Thu May 29, 2025 1:09 pm Now that I’ve made screens for nearly every window in my home, you can blame me for jinxing things if the rest of the warm season is so chilly that windows seldom need to be opened for ventilation.
