He definitely will be wrong today going with EC. Russ always had his own forecast.

Still -6.2C at 1 pm. That's 3C colder than forecast.

Guaranteed High is +2C. Was +1C at 1am. They will somehow fudge up the numbers to make it +2C.

No one is getting money.

Does it even count? He said this morning that we will warm up to 2°C this morning on the radio.
