Here's your radio station guide for the central valley desert Mr. Stuffed one. Star FM is a good mix of contemporary hits current and past. For the kids Sonic FM rocks the central valley. And JR FM is a repeater of JR Vancouver it was a classic rock format afew years ago it was much better then.

peaked out at around 34c in the Similks yesterday. Locally was around 30c, a bit humid with some beauty clouds pushing up from the south. A beauty day.
