And it stays cold right though to the end of the run. This really feels like a classic cold snap that may end up giving us an epic over running event at the end.

He ducked out, he'll brb the next time a GFS run is warm if you extrapolate to hour 390.

A good bet is always some moderation as we close in. Models seem to overestimate cold airmasses when they originally lock into them.
