Malahat is below 0c all morning. Victoria dropped from +3.4c to +0.6c (in one hour) under the overcast/snowy skies

They added a couple CM's that wasn't there this morning thats not pulling back.

Just read the EC forecast and they have changed it to snow from chance of flurries and 2 - 4 cm high of +3. Feeling cautiously optimistic as the snow clouds are starting to roll in.

I was hoping they would change the forecast to to mostly snow for us..due to Victoria's temp drop and snow there.
