Let's hope we lock into this troffy pattern right around December 1st. Only a few months away

Well, it's 6 months away; that's more than a few, but yeah, that would be great. I hope we're not wasting this pattern now in the summer... (I know that's not a thing, but weather gods, lol)

Certainly isn’t a good pic, but Pennask summit at about noon yesterday. This was minutes before my son heaved his Cheerios. (A barf bowl is one of the first items I pack for travels, so the van remains unsoiled). I’ll post pics here and on the AF later this evening of our trek through the Rockies today.
