What's so bad about it?
Saturday appears to be a day where the heavier “showers” drag temps down to freezing I’m guessing, seeing how the upper levels will be quite cold.

But that all depends on where the showers line up, and for a forecast for YVR it's not unreasonable to hit 4 degrees as a high even if it's in the morning.
