I have a vision for this forum where we start targeting more neighbourhoods, like Nanaimo weather, Kitimat Weather, Prince Rupert, etc. Of course I need to invest more money into the server here but it's crazy that we had over 1,800 people visiting on January 7.

If the market is there Stuffo's invest in it, l'm still trying to figure out how Fred does it down south l mean our weather for the most part has better chances for snow during the winter but he's got Seattle and Portland combined so double our population to work with. :dunno:

too hot.. throw it out. H30c max with low Dewpoints is good enough
of note is the back and forth mixed bag weather this summer. Warm/hot sunny a few days, to a few days of troffing, then repeat. I dunno
#patternlock
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

Saturday, August 9th:
I have been enjoying the summer so far, the temps have been pleasant and not too hot.

EC's calling for high of 28c tomorrow and 27c for Thursday with lows of 14c and 16c, so it's possible to cool the house down at night.

That's a lot of smoke! Is it the Bear Creek fire?

great idea. Use Social Media to target local community groups, leave a link and and direct them to this site. Tell them to spread the news to all their buttees too. I'm sure some other hidden weather nerds (like us kronix) will hop on board

I have 77 followers on the Facebook group. I need to re-enable new registrations but fix the setting that allowed a lot of new spam users.

On another note, it appears that smoke is settling in a little bit.

Quite hazy/smokey when looking to the east from home right now. Overhead it's still clear and can't smell any smoke here.
