It's here already. A slow leak of Arctic air began earlier today. High pressure building in the Interior should develop strong gradients along the coastal range later tomorrow. Wind will pick up then.

Correct. -11 on Thursday am, and possibly Friday, but it only goes out to HR90.

12Z bottomed out at -12, so slightly cooler.

18z time frame seems to be the coldest period each morning.
