EC says 2–4 cm here.

I’d really just rather have rain at this stage. If it’s not going to be cold and crisp and sparkly the allure is by now mostly lost. Would prefer the slush and ice all melted promptly.

What I want, and what I get. Two completely different things.
It's called clown range for a reason.

I want 2-4 cm. It'd get me to 70.

Bulk buy or just for personal use. I just got 100kg from Canadian tire here. They got 4 skids in today. I checked the Canadian tire in Abby. Says they have ice melt in stock. I have used it before. Little more expensive but works fine.

Also look at buying water softener salt. The Walmart here was sold out of driveway salt but had lots of water softener salt. It’s actually sometimes cheaper. And salt is salt. Works fine.

CDN tire was out last night. Water softener to too big for spreaders and can be ankle sprain hazard.

I had the pleasure of living there in 2014 for 7 months. It was a lot of fun.

They make a crystal version that is much smaller than the big pellets. Also pool salt for salt water pools is much finer consistency
