-8c. The lack of overnight clearing killed our chances at seeing extreme mins. Had a high of -6.2c on the 14th which was probably the most impressive stat out of that month.

The streak in January is even more depressing though. YVR hasn't dropped to -10c during the month since 2004!

Hard to believe we couldn't manage a -10 in 2016. There were some pretty chilly nights that month.

Well, hate to be the bearer of bad news but the EPS doesn't want us to have any fun. Keeps that cold bottled right up there. Onto the next runs tomorrow. :wave:

We had a good chance last January. Hopefully this year.

Most of the region saw many sub -10c readings in 2016. It was just right by the water where things were a lot more moderated.

I think richmond and south delta were the only areas across the lower mainland not to have consistent snowcover throughout December 2016.
