Well as my message said, I'm expanding my business. So now I'll have a office and trucks on the road in Toronto as well as all over the lower mainland. I can suck up going down to Toronto for 3 weeks to get the operation started by May 1st. After that I'd only have to visit once a year for a few days not that big of a deal at all.
