Pretty amazing! I checked out Wunderground and see -2 and -3 Nanaimo to Lanzville, the airport must be farther from the water. Nanaimo also has a snowfall warning, lucky them! Still sitting with a SWS here.

Terrible lived there from 1999 to 2012, don't know why no big body of water does get NE outflow not strong l've seen gusty outflow probably needs the right trajectory,
Seemed to turn to rain quickly there and like when l lived in POCO one of the last places to switch to snow besides Richmond.
I recall several times YVR would switch to rain and within an hour or 2 if lucky boom rain, cold air doesn't hang on in M.R. l'm surprised Pitt Meadows doesn't do better they get the outflow sometimes ripping down Pitt River.

Lytton: -19c, Agassiz -9c, with a howling NE outflow Hope: N/A probably frozen sensor p's me off automated c..p manned stations were the best. I'll never forget this field trip in grade 6, our teacher took us to his cabin up at Alta Lake it was in May had lunch there.
We were allowed to walk to trails l came across the Alta Lake Weather station, man l was in weather heaven the observer of the station showed me the stations inturmements and the stations data records etc. Back then out of town station's the observers lived at the stations with their families that's the good ole day's.

Seeing the odd flake falling at my work in Abbs down near Sumas probably like 10 flakes. Wake up Van man, Rubes there's a blob right over you guy's looks juicy, Richmond and Surrey too Storm, Hound, Gumps perhaps a flake or 2.
Moisture moving in seems to be getting enhanced once it crosses the straight, moving into El Nito's territory and Catheads hood now, Porn star hill, Pitt Meadows/M.R. just on the western periphery it's a western event right now seems awfully early for this but surprises, Ms. Creeks area too.
