Skies are kinda milky in the worst place for air quality in the lower mainland the central valley so it's not too bad. we hit the 31c mark for the high @ the pond in south Sardis now that's beginning to get out of hand, it's currently 26c at 8:30 p.m. @ the pond.

Thanks! We will probably get smoked. Vancouver/areas really knows how to develop teams. Prob has to do with difference in population! But always good fastball. Tons of fun to watch.

Thanks! It’s a pretty unique vantage point, but usually we are too busy to enjoy it.

I think that's what makes them so interesting to me, I never see anything like that up here.

My sky tonight. High of 26.2c at 7 pm and low 10.1c at 6 am.

Lillooet is clearly one of the coldest places in BC. Colder than Cranbrook, Fort Nelson Terrace, and Port Alberni.

How do I know this?

Well,, unlike those other places Lillooet is never hot enough to be the provincial hotspot. At least not in the past two months.

Rubus_Leucodermis wrote: Mon Jul 03, 2023 5:25 pm Similkameen Falls was nice. Wasn’t aware it was 1000 m elevation so it was about 10˚C cooler than I had counted on! Thankfully no biggie as I learned long ago that there’s little downside to packing extra warm layers and not needing them but huge downside to the converse. Nights were nippy: got down to 3˚C this morning!

Smoke aloft is definitely evident. Will probably hold daytime maxima down a few degrees.

Glad to hear someone else actually got to enjoy the Similkameeeens, with the higher elevations, different vegetation, amazing scenery and def different climate. temps below freezing at higher elevation snows are quite common in July's. If you ever have a chance, go visit the gorge at peak season snowmelt on a heavy snowpack year. Just outstanding!
Hopefully you wont get any negative comments coupled with attention seeking behaviour from the double L's lolol
:shh:
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

don't you mean southern bc? Cant see Lytton being colder than Fort Nelson when the arctic air is up there and SW flow down south right. Also, I would say Princeton is vying for that Southern Cold title too

Was the last sentence needed? Lol you could of just said everything you said without trying to take shots at me and sardineman. You really that much of a drama seeking teenage girl? It's a weather forum that is literally just a hobby to all of us nobody takes this serious to effect our day to day lives. I get it my be hard for you with your narcissistic behaviour but give it a try.

For the record I told him to enjoy his trip lol I just don't like you for always starting crap on here every year, Has nothing to do with the similkameen Valley whatsoever.
All about them Cowboys !!! 🤠 🤠
