Well Tuesday's flurries have turned to +3c rain BUT there's a 60% chance of flurries (or rain) on Friday!

06gfs is dry wow. Nito was right all along. Goose will be very unhappy. The local mountains will suffer, as will the Interior snowpack. Again. The Similks will drought out again it seems. Yes, wells are dry buttees, sadly. Unless the back end of winter delivers, the Similks water supply is in trouble again

Same story as last year. Very strong Hudson/Baffin vortex is developing which is going to keep the extreme cold in the East.

Some snow today and Wednesday up there but it mostly washes away Thursday before it dries out. Looks like another dismal start for the local ski hills is on tap.

Well first snow of the season is probably pushing it but I guess first flake sighting counts for a participation ribbon perhaps.
