:pool:
That would explain a lot. A measly 25c for Fri, 26c Sat but Sunday, 28c and Mon 29c bring the heat. Fingers crossed they realize it's all AI and scale it back, wouldn't complain if they added a little rain too. :wish: :wish:

Lacombe (all of Alberta) was dry all year. But they picked up about 100mm of rain in June, so it was a little muggy when we pulled into my uncle's farm on the 22nd. We camped in the yard. He got a fireworks permit and spent $1,800 on fireworks he got for 1/2 price. (Every year we have fireworks that seem to increase in number with each passing year). The other picture is of the boxes of fireworks that were set up ready for nightfall. The display rivalled many municipalities on Canada Day. The oldest two met cousins (1st removed) they hadn't met, rode machinery, shot a 22, and got fresh country air. This can be summed up with six F's: Faith, family, farm, fire, firearms, fireworks.
Nice photos! Looks like a great time. That must have been some firework display!
I miss fireworks. We used to have a fantastic display here for Sea Cavalcade in Gibsons, they had a barge and set them up there but a few years ago a few people started complaining and now we don't have them. :(

Good luck! I'm not sure if that'll mean you get t-storms or not.

A friend travelling through Kentucky sent me her warning: 'Severe t-storm warning with DESTRUCTIVE (their caps) baseball sized hail' :o

Heatwave coming up next week?

12Z Euro:

Here's last nights 00Z Euro for comparison. Fairly intense in terms of heat and duration so not surprised that it backed off slightly today.
