A little chilly. A lot snowy. 130-160% of normal in the lowlands. Wet early with precip trending closer to normal later. I don’t think we will see the endless storm train we have sometimes seen during strong Niñas. I doubt the Niña exceeds the moderate threshold. There is just too much warmth in the pacific overall right now.

Can't say no to some nice dry weather. Too early for Snow IMO.

Either November or December will be a washout. I’d rather get it out of the way in November.
