More snow than rain now at my house now in Nanaimo. There were a few gusts of wind and that was that for the rain for now.

Definitely a snizzle here: teeny tiny little slushy flakes. Heavier precip rates would really help, but that may be asking for a lot with this system. Just not many strong echoes on the radar.

No, just overall..precip has been barely falling..was hoping for a bit of a head start. Snowing lightly here..smaller flakes higher intensity. Maybe 3mm so far

Considering my (lack of) elevation, and how marginal this set-up is, I think I’m doing pretty good to have gotten anything at all. I think the radiational cooling I got before the overcast moved in really worked to my advantage.

I can always drive to the hills this afternoon. Should stay all snow up there. Pomoman will probably be happy today.

Isnt it sad that we wait ALL WINTER for snow..then finally an opportunity...on Jan 24th, and barely a cm in any area
