Been snowing non stop since 7am. Shaded spots have 3cm but 0 in non shaded areas. Roads are bare and wet.

Temp +0.6C already... I can already see it's going to be one of "those" days. Slushy, barely sticking snow in one spot, then you go a few miles away and there's 10 cm. Elevation can help, but is no guarantee... sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to it.

Yeah, roads are snowy near Metrotown and a good 3-5cm there. Bare and wet with slushy melt in Surrey.
