I agree, likely changing to rain later this afternoon here. A little later at Shawnigan. Check out the HRDPS

Definitely getting the fine, light flurries here at the office in Gastown, falling as individual ice crystals, not aggregated into flakes. No accumulation.
It's called clown range for a reason.

It's nice to have a decent snowfall during normal waking hours. The last couple big ones have been overnighters.

Flurries have tapered off here. Can see the mid cloud layer again.

We’ll see how decent it ends up being. So far, it is just some preliminary flurries. Main action could still well be overnight.

Pace seems to be picking up in Gastown. No longer have to go up to a window and look carefully.

Super rare tbh. Well not super but it seems a lot of our snowfalls happen at night and then I go to work on two hours of sleep wired on coffee.
