I'm currently sitting at 28.8c and 52% humidity seems a little warmer tofay.

Ah the old 4CH, yeah l've heard reference to it over the years, But if l'm correct Mr. M it can bring our normal hot temps also can it send moisture eventually northwards?

Perhaps one of the craziest temperature hotspots this week was Jellicoe, a small rural place between Summerland and Princeton. It's at over 900m/3000ft, and hit 40-43.5C for 4 days in a row!

The old record was 37, set in 2018.

Its becoming apparent that the immediate future is either seasonably warm or hot. There's no relief in sight. Barely a drop of rain on the ensemble charts. The interior looks dry too. This province is in a bit of trouble.

Today was the hottest day since the heat wave ended. It was also the day Environment Canada ended the heat warning.

My high was 28C. Low 17C.

19.5c low and 30.6c for my high today in south Sardis.

Someone @ work mentioned the Sparks lake fire NW of Kamloops is on the same path as the Elephant hill fire near Cache Creek from 2017 and that one burned all the way to Sheridan lake.

Yep, I saw that. Tomorrow I'll try to take some photos of the station as I'm heading back to PoCo.

Well here it is Cst. Goose, Hounderdog as promised l drove by the volunteer Chilliwack weather station and snapped a photo.
Luckily no neighbours called the cops on me. it's next to Chehalis park in south Sardis.
excellent location all grass around the Stevenson screen. Maybe it can be moved to the weather station photos thread.

I need some more photos but if the weather screen is in excellent condition, it's way too close of the house and even maybe of the road.

I know this area well! It is right near the Hawks Nest during my migration period
Doesnt this get the same temps as Princeton though?
