Based on 2m temperatures following the Arctic boundary passage in the southern B.C. interior it looks to be a slow decrease in air temperature with increasing outflow winds but a quicker drop with dewpoints.

Northerlys are picking up in Lytton gusting to 40kmh
according to my radar app. the Arctic farce is just north of Hope on a line to Furry creek. :shifty:

Yes our typical fluffs, Kamloops dropped 3c in 2 hours but the dewpoint drop was greater than the air temp. so yes it's a fluffer Tfart gradual drop in temps.
Were use to those ones like watching paint dry.

Wonder were John got to :think: of course it is family day weekend probably visiting family in the Similkameen zzzz's.
It's currently mostly cloudy and 3c @ the pond in south Sardis.

Band of precip froming quickly to the NE in the eastern valley right in the vicinity of the Arctic boundary something to keep an eye on,
radar is picking it up nicely.

Mesoscale models have picked up on that all day. Posted a couple earlier. Something to look out for.

Looks ripe for someone local to get hammmmmmered with some heavy snow :thumbup:
