I heard a rumble, based on the radar, maybe just on the edge of this big cell though.

Seeing many lightning strikes off to the east / south east of me.

Looks like it's heading towards Coquitlam/Port Moody

Same here. Seen 5-6 in the past 5 mins. Pretty constant distant rumbles of thunder as well.

Saw a couple of flashes of lightning up here and some very distant thunder! ...and 3 drops of rain.

Dang that one big cell just skimmed Pt. Roberts and missed Tsawwassen completely. Seeing lots of flashes and just a couple of distant rumbles. I think that’s it for tonight…

YVR would have been seeing flashes of lightning which I believe is criteria enough.
