Overnight GFS runs were showing near 250mm of rain for the mountains over a 72 hr period with continued rainfall until weeks end. GEM and ECMWF show less than 200mm. Unfortunately we are in the bullseye for most of the rain.

Flooding is now looking very likely.

Rgem is pretty generous with snow across the lower mainland with the system at the end of the week. Eastern Valley is inline for a damaging ice event into Christmas Eve. Could be bad.
