Been reading that core players are complaining and basically saying they won't stay at this rate. Bo Horvat was the speculated guy...I really wanted better from that guy but he's become an all offense second line center, what happened? I think he needs to step up his game rather than call his agent to complain. This roster is good enough to be at least decent, the players need to step the **** up.

Meh better game but still gave up 37 shots to a team that has played 3 games in 4 nights.. Canucks probably didn’t deserve to win but on the other hand they lost games they should of won. It evens out. You really wanna see a game where they come out and dominate. I’m just not sold yet after one win I want to see a few wins strung together

That’s been a conversation on the radio etc. We all assume the roster is good enough (rightfully so in my opinion) but some callers believe not. Maybe we truly did misjudged the talent ? Take away that bubble run. What has the team done? Nothing. Even that year in the playoffs we weren’t even in a playoff spot when the season ended early.

I’m playing devils advocate here. I truly think this team is way better then how their performing that’s for sure. But I don’t blame players for wanting out tbh. They realize that the team is cap strapped so they can’t really do much except be traded. The reason why most players want out is how the management dealt with losing Markstorm, Tanev, Tofolli and stecher. The frustration was super high after that and J.T miller, Horvat etc called out the team. They were upset that after a nice run in the bubble they lost a lot of key pieces and they haven’t been good ever since. I can definitely understand the anger building for the past couple years.

Any way you slice it Demko's save percentage is taking a beating , sub .900 is middle to bottom tier goaltending, currently .898 , good for 36th place, while Markstrom is in 2nd with an incredible .942.

Pettersson doing his best to imitate countryman and ex teammate Lou Ericsson, Money for Nothing and Pucks for Free. Maybe he'll read this and get motivated and get his arse in gear.

Well maybe the team should invest in some actual D. Can’t expect your goalie to make 40 saves a night saving the team. It’s unrealistic and that’s why the team is 6-10. Past 3 years we have been getting god like goaltending and when we don’t we get blown away.

Demko isn’t the issue and is the only reason the team has any chance of coming out of this.

I guess not, some others were doing the same thing , all I know is most of his opponents were massively alot bigger than him.Looks are definitely deceiving, I can only conclude that a strong wrist/forearm trumps a massive arm.

It's definitely impressive. I just thought that was rule number one in arm wrestling, you can't use the rest of your upper body to help push.

It's a crapshow. Were screwed. Ever since tanev left...that was a terrible, terrible decision. That guy was putting his teeth in front of pucks for losing teams for years, then we can't afford to five him 4×4? Man that crushed me the most of all the bad decisions over the years. Every time I see him play for Calgary it's a punch in the gut. He's been lights out for them as I expected.
